In either case, your presence is no accident. Your Sabbath Invitation is a unique request based on Isaiah 66:23, where Isaiah prophesies that all of humanity will celebrate the Sabbath at the end of time. Did you know that Sabbath observance is not a list of “do’s” and “do not’s”? Rather, the Sabbath (Shabbat) is a gift from God that offers you an opportunity to soak in the Amplified Presence of God. So, Your Sabbath Invitation prepares you to enter into a Sabbath state of mind—to be enveloped in a sanctified period, freed from worry and anxiety related to your personal needs.

One goal of the book is to inspire you to become a “Sabbath Participator” and a “Sabbath Anticipator.” Abraham was the first Sabbath Anticipator, and developing a Sabbath lifestyle is a process. Therefore, Your Sabbath Invitation expounds on the “why’s” and “how’s” of the Sabbath.
